Senior Director of Research
Haixia comes to Skift by way of eMarketer and Gartner, where she honed her expertise on forecasting, focusing on marketing spend and advertising and media. She built and grew eMarketer forecast into one of the most widely used data sources for the advertising market. As Senior Director of Research for Skift, Haixia leads and implements overarching strategy and manages the team of researchers.

Rebecca Stone, CFA
Senior Analyst
Rebecca worked in equity research focusing primarily on lodging, leisure, and gaming companies before joining Skift Research. Her area of focus is everything hospitality. Currently she is traveling the globe over the next year as part of Remote Year, and she chronicles her journey with monthly features based on firsthand reporting and data about the changing travel industry. Recently, Rebecca reported on the State of the Hotel Tech Stack 2018 and completed a comprehensive Deep Dive Into Marriott.

Senior Analyst
Seth is skilled in financial analysis, corporate strategy, economics, and capital markets. Prior to joining Skift, Seth was as an equity strategist at J.P. Morgan where his work covered the technology and airline sectors, amongst others. Seth’s latest research can be found in his seminal three-part series on the state of online travel agencies (read Part I and Part II). Meghan Carty
Research Associate
Prior to joining the team, Meghan held research and strategy internships with Kantar Futures and PSFK, focusing on consumer insights, innovation, and trend identification. She leads many Skift Research survey efforts, including the 2018 U.S. Traveler In-Destination Mobile Usage Survey. Don’t miss her latest examination on the state of India outbound travel, either.
