Skift’s 2016 Future of Work in Travel Survey, collected 1,200 responses from U.S. business travelers taking at least four trips per year. The survey’s core objective was to measure business traveler satisfaction, their habits, and their expectations from business travel. Throughout the survey we collected information on business travelers in the context of changing trends in workforce tech and mobility. We also investigated how business travel impacted their personal lives. Lightspeed Inc. served as our consumer panel
